- Cancellation in less than 28 days and more than 6 days of Trip Start date due to any personal reasons undefined 55% of the total amount
- Cancellation in less than 15 days of the Trip Start date due to any personal reasons undefined 100% of the total amount
- No refund will be given for no-show due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather conditions.
- No refunds would be offered on the Cruzz tickets if already purchased.
- No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December to 15th January because of High Peak Season.
